How can I copy across an already developed jot form from one jot form account to another please - 2012 advice doesn't work - "form not found:Form Id iAsked by Kevin Tyree on June 12, 2015 at 09:20 PM
I have developed my 1st form on one account, now want to set it up on another new account
present page is on
and I want it on firstname.lastname@example.org site
doesn't work form account another work
Thanks for contacting us.
There are 2 ways to do this:
1. If you want the form to be moved from email@example.com account to firstname.lastname@example.org (by "move", I mean bringing the form to target account leaving NO copy on the source account), we can do that for you. However, I checked the email email@example.com you have given but it seems like it has no account associated with it yet. Are you still in the process of creating the target account? Please inform us once you already have a target account.
2. If you just want the form to be copied from firstname.lastname@example.org account to email@example.com (by "copy", I mean bringing the form to target account leaving a copy on the source account), you can do it by cloning the form.
Do get back to us if you need further help.
