There are 2 ways to do this:
1. If you want the form to be moved from firstname.lastname@example.org account to email@example.com (by "move", I mean bringing the form to target account leaving NO copy on the source account), we can do that for you. However, I checked the email firstname.lastname@example.org you have given but it seems like it has no account associated with it yet. Are you still in the process of creating the target account? Please inform us once you already have a target account.
2. If you just want the form to be copied from email@example.com account to firstname.lastname@example.org (by "copy", I mean bringing the form to target account leaving a copy on the source account), you can do it by cloning the form.
