Unable to Import FormsCentral Forms and Responses

    HI

    I'm trying to import several forms + responses to Jot Forms but I can't get the responses to load. Also, I'm unable to run the program because it always ends up loading a zip file.

    Do you mean that you are unable to import your adobe formscentral forms plus your responses aka submissions as we tend call them that here?

    The zip file that you downloaded to import your forms and submissions needs to be unzipped on your computer first. You can then go into the folder which you unzipped the zip files and run the program JotForm Exporter depending on where you unzipped it. It will walk you through steps to log into your Adobe FormsCentral Account then work its magic to help you export your adobe forms so that you can then import them here into JotForm easier.

    Alternatively, if you've already gotten your forms imported already but the submissions (responses) haven't come then you can easily migrate that data as mentioned here in this guide - https://www.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm.
