Unable to view my form getting autosuspended error

    Unable to view my form. getting error . please find below screenshot  for more reference ...

    Your account status is autosuspended. Your form is asking sensitive information like login credentials or asking for a password. This is a violation of our terms of use.

    Actually, if you have a word ("password") on your forms, it will be automatically suspended by our phishing detector tool.

    I will re-activate your account but you need to immediately delete the field that is asking for password or you can delete the whole form. Your account might be suspended again if you don't do this immediately.

    please help. The same problem. Password is not required in the form. I do not think it is a rule violation in the form
