We also have another account that we use and will need to move the forms accross from this account to the new premium account.
Please let us know how we can do this.
This request is urgent as we are nearly up to our 100 submissions this month.

You may clone the forms on your free account to your new Premium acount by following the instructions on this user guide. However, cloning only creates a new copy of the form. It means that the form embed codes are different from your existing ones and would have to be updated. Also, the submissions will not be moved onto the new account.
If you want to have everything moved, kindly provide the username of the Premium account and I will submit a request to have your account migrated.

I have reset your counts, since we cannot do this change quickly. I will do this change next week. You should be fine. Your monthly count is now 0.

I see two accounts. Both are free. Exactly which forms needs to be moved from which account to which account?
