How do I collect specific information from multiple questions?

Hi, have a couple of problems developing this form I hope you can help with, firstly I needed to collate the number of female and male dogs/cats but I cant figure out how I go about this?

The question 'Is the animal pregnant? (Unweaned kittens under 8 weeks of age must accompany the mother) *' should be hidden unless the radio 'female' is ticked but it only gets hidden on pressing the 'male' radio

Is there any way to forcibly enter 'Apokoronas' in the 'State / Province' address box? Or could I make
    'Apokoronas' required?

Also the form collapse seems to be unreliable? if I make changes to the conditions, do I have it setup correctly? For instance if 2 animals are selected from the dropdown it should show Animal 1 & Animal 2, but its only showing Animal 2? or it just shows all of them ie no collapse... it even let me fill in 4 animals (which is what I had in the dropdown, whilst all the others where showing and required) and I submitted the form...

    Many thanks

I see this issue on your form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51636765625362

Please check also my test form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51638190366964?

For testing purposes I condensed the number of animals option up to 2 only...

I have setup the conditions like this

As you can see on the animated screen below that the condition works as intended

I suggest you reset the conditions and start fresh...

You will have to add the 'Animal' 1-17 option in the Show/Hide Conditionscarefully.

You can also clone my test form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51638190366964? to see how I did it on your Form Builder

Let us know if you are still not able to make this work.

    Thanks.

Since the 2nd question was about a different topic, I created a separate thread for it here

We will attend to it shortly.

Thanks jonathan, am I right in thinking that the conditions require a particular order?

    Yes.

The order of the conditions do affect "priority" on how they make the form behave base on condition logic.

Check this guide/article about it also
