I checked your jotform account/username nelsonclan and noted that is currently Active and in good standings.
You can check in your My Forms page http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ and you can see the forms are available.
Were you perhaps referring to a different issue? Was it the form submission emails perhaps?
You can check also all sent email logs using your jotform account. You can use the Sent Email History feature.
