Form Buggy/Slow

    Hey all, 

     

    Just a general question about my form. May have complained that it's very buggy and slow to load/response. Just wondering if there is something you see immediately that explains why this could be happening OR is there something I can do to make it better.

    I have already cleared the cache, by the way.

    Unfortunately you did not mention what specifically is the 'bug' in your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51226079435960

    When I test loading the form in my browser, I could not reproduced the slow to load response.

    Upon further check, I notice that you had enabled the Auto Fill feature of the form.

    The auto fill feature works by saving the session using the browser's cache.

    The saved cache can be cleared by completely submitting the form.. or by manually clearing the browser's cache.

    There maybe isolated cases that the auto fill feature will cause issue on some end-users browser (due to different browser settings)

    I suggest disableing the Auto Fill feature also on your jotform, if it is not actually needed for its purpose.
