I was able to see the limitation on the Spreadsheet widget on your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51552395199364

As of this time, real numbers only recognizes period "." as the decimal separator.

So, it will not work yet when using comma "," as decimal separator.

I will submit a feature request ticket to our higher team support to request upgrading the widget to be able to use also comma "," sign as decimal separator for numeric values on the Spreadsheet  widget.

I cannot provide you any time frame when this will be available, but you will be notified here for any update on the status of the requested feature.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
