Why have my files stopped uploading to Google Drive?

When I try to upload a file, the indicator under the upload button show's its uploading but it never arrives. Both Jotform and Google Drive are showing they are connecting and even the new folder name appears in GD but it's always empty when the upload is finished. Why would this be?

Our apologies. If the integration is working before, then this could be something related to the changes in the integration or something related to your current settings.

You have 5GB in the Max File Size, but Jotform only supports up to 1GB in the Single Upload setting. If you need to allow more than this per submission, you have to enable Multi Upload and advise your users to chunk the file and make sure that each will not surpass 1GB.

Please check this guide for more details: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit.

Also, we do not recommend renaming the integration folder and moving it to another location in your Google Drive account. Doing so would break the integration.

Lastly, please try reintegrating the form to Google Drive. But make sure do the suggested changes first.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
