I want the link to a form to include the automatic entry for the Form Collapse Field, which will be one of the fields in my form. I want to use this like a password to open the form, but passed automatically with the correct link.
THanks..

You can use our Form Collapse Method: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-multiple-fields-at-once-using-form-collapse-tool.
I've cloned your form and made the changes, here's the link: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51646032664959.
If you want to automatically put the password, you can do it in the URL. For example:
http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51646032664959?clickTo17=1
Where "clickTo17" is the field name. Here's how you can get the field name: https://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks

I now have this working.
The next question is assuming that 500 people have filled in their forms. Each has their own password. Each has their own record. If I create a record - how do I send a link to that user for their record so it can be edited by that user?
If I want to send a link so that their data can be viewed and not changed by someone else. How would I do this? I will also want the link for this to contain the password as above.
Thanks.
