Urget... I upgraded 17/11/11 as prompted to do so by JOT. I have some very annoyed clients. I can see I have 14 submissions waiting but no spreadsheet is available etc. Please help me.

If these submissions are from secure forms, please log in to your account at https://secure.jotform.com and check for your submissions there.
Occasionally, secure submissions can take a little bit to replicate onto www.jotform.com from https://secure.jotform.com
Let us know if you still arent able to access your submissions from there.
