    I received new submission form which stated - undefined

    Hi

    I do not know who submitted one new order form which stated - undefined on 6 Nov 2011. Please check over at your end and advise and revert ASAP, if you have the customer information.

    I tried to send to myself today 25 Nov to elizteo@yahoo.com, it stated the same - undefined

    The composition of your notification emails ONLY have somehow become corrupted/deleted.

    To rectify this:

    Please open this form in the JotForm editor and recreate the Email notification.

    1. Delete the current notification by clicking on Email Alerts, clicking Notification, Click the Delete Email button

    2. Create a new notification by clicking on  Email Alerts, clicking Add New Email, ensure Notification Email is selected and Click Next, change the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com, Click Next again , then Click Finish.

    ---

    You can view the submissions for which the email didnt send all your orders details, by highlighting the relevant form in  JotForm editor  and clicking the Submissions icon in the toolbar near the top of your screen.

     

    --

    I see the submissions for 5th & 16th and todays test in amongst your submissions.

    You should really get into a habit of logging in and checking your submissions like this at least a couple of times a week.

    I have created a new form on the JotForm editor. How do I submit to you for
    approval.

    I do not know how and cannot view the submission which the email didn't send
    to me? I don't get to see the submission icon.

    The submissions icon is shown near the top of the screen when you click (once) on the relevant form at http://www.jotform.com/myforms/

    Would you be able to send me the undefined emails that I have not received
    at your end?

    I am not able to find JoForm Editor to highlight the relevant form in

    I cant resend those emails, you are going to have to work out how to view your submissions for that form @ https://www.jotform.com/myforms/

     

    1. Go to your My Forms page


    2. Click the form that you wish to view the submissions

    3. Click Submissions to go to the submissions page

    Thanks I managed to see the details.

    By the way, how do I delete those that I do not want to keep (eg. Testing,
    etc..). I know I can delete all but I want to keep some details for
    records.

    Hi,

    When you click on delete button there should be a pop-up confirmation message that says "Are you sure you want to delete this submission." below that click OK. You may also try clearing your browsers cache before redoing the steps. If that still doesn't work, try to use different browsers.

    Ok, to clear your browsers cache in IE.

    1. Open your IE browser, click the Tools menu. Or, optionally you may simply press Ctrl-Shift-Delete to open the Delete Browsing History window.

    2. Click on Delete Browsing History...

    3. Select Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History.

    4. Click Delete Button.

    After this, if the problem still not resolved then please use other browsers like Firefox and Chrome. Let us know if everything is unclear, for further assistance. Thanks.

    Cache in IE called Temporary Internet Files.

     

    If I accidentally deleted, can I recall back?

    If you mean your submissions in JotForm then No, once deleted, it will no longer be recovered.

    We're located in various regions of the world. I'm in Barbados, the easternmost island in the Carribean archipelago just 166 square miles in area. Rihanna the pop star is from here. As a matter of fact, my neice attended the same school she did at the same time but they weren't acquainted with each other.
