not sure if anyone did anything or it was just a glitch but thank you any way.
I will be signing up this week for an upgrade as i am using too many submissions per month.

On that thread, it seems you were not logged in to your account. So, its a possible reason why you could not see the forms in your My Forms page.
But we are glad to know all is good now. =)
