How could CONTACT US be added to our forms?

Hello Jotform,

This is a strange query.  Upon reviewing our Pre-CCMQ form I have found a very large CONTACT US at the bottom of the form just before the submit button.

I have no idea how it got there???  Would you??

Upon checking your form, I'm unable to find the "Contact Us" section, I would assume you already updated them?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the problem. But this could happen if you are opening multiple forms in your form builder in one web browser, we advise editing one form at a time. This might also be related to your cache, could you try clearing your form's cache and your web browser's cache, start a new session and see if the problem still persist.

If you're still experiencing the problem, let us know and we'll investigate it further.
