    I have paid for premium plan but account is free.

    Hello.

     

    I have received the money back for a Premium Economy - but as I am attaching here - I already paid for June for a Premium account - and not 

    Can you please urgently put the 1000 forms on my account - as I have people applying to to the form, and you stopped the activity!!!
    And also, as I paid for this plan from 7th of June - as mentioned in previus emails, I did not receieve 1282 forms from that period of time - you can check it. It was much less. so I actually did not even receive those monthly 1000 - as a lot of these forms were filled in when I paid for the Economy account.

     

    In conclusion - can you please put me 1000 forms on my account as soon as possible?

    It is very urgent?

     

    And can you please check how many form were filled from 7th of June - as I know for a fact they were not 1282.

    But can you please check the no. of forms that I received from 7th of June?

    Because I know for a fact that there were not 1282 - so I normally I should have more available?

    A lot of these forms were submitted before 7th June.
