Emebedding form in Joomla 3.4.1

    I am trying to embed my forms to Joomla 3.4.1.

    Doing that by using html code makes them look totally different.

    Trying it via JIncludes, Jumi or Sourcerer does't work well. Sourcer seemed to work, but the dropdown menu in the form doesn't work any more. Iframe or not also does not change anything.

    What am I doing wrong? Sorry, I am beginner in using Joomla, maybe I just made a simple mistake, so I appreceate your help!

    Hi,

    When i check your page, i see some code blocks about "slider":

    If you can delete this code blocks, JotForm'll work.

    ( P.S: Do you have any Joomla Slider Plug-in? Can you disable it? )
