Sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing, at times our anti-phishing system usually flags forms with non-English characters as phishing forms.

Kindly provide me with the affected form id so that I can white-list it to allow for better pattern recognition withing the system.

In order to avoid having your forms suspended by our tool in the future, it is best if you create your forms in English, and then set Arabian/Arabic as default language.

You will avoid unnecessary suspensions, and at the same time, your forms will be ready for an international audience. You can set up the languages in the same way as described here:

    http://www.jotform.com/answers/586547

Upon changing the text in the above described manner, and setting Arabian as your default language, you can make sure that all your users are opening Arabian translation by also performing these steps.

In the Options, you should untick / uncheck the boxes Detect user browser language, and Save user language. You can also choose to remove the flag from your form.

If that is not enough, you can hide the language selector popup from your form completely, by injecting the following custom CSS into your form:

    #langDd { display: none; }

1- i selected the language for all my old forms as arabic as per @Ben advice (didn't work, suspended)

2- i selected english & made arabic default as the language (didn't work, suspended + it shows the english text before loading the arabic, which is a big fail)

any idea how to fix your performance issue!

i need a real support please & a real fix for this!!!

i just want the form to be in arabic language, isn't that simple???????????

    - without language bar.

    - without suspension.

    - without english showing while loading the form.

I checked and the account randavictor is already active. This procedure of the language tool needs to be applied to all the forms in the account.
Unfortunately free accounts are exclusively monitored by the phishing filter which suspends an account as soon as it finds something suspicious. As the filter cannot analyse Arabic characters it sometimes take it as suspicious and suspends the account.

I'm afraid the workaround suggested by our manager on this thread is the best solution, but as I mentioned it needs to be applied to all the forms.

You may consider upgrading as paid accounts have form reviewers that check the forms before suspending the account.

You can see here more details on our pricing plans.

    Hi Carina,

What about the performance issue, that shows the English text before the Arabic (while loading)?

Also what i've a lot of old forms, if i archived them will that help for not passing through the Phishing filter every time?

knowing that i can't upgrade coz your cost is high.

    Thank you,

    Randa

Regarding performance issues your forms will not be slower because they are multilingual. You can set Arabic language as default language on your forms.

As mentioned by my colleagues you need translate all of your form to prevent that your account is suspended again. Phishing filter is also inspecting the forms that are archived, because they are part of your account.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
