Using Multiple Coupon Codes on a form in the same time and for different products

We have several coupons for free entries to our event.  Is there a way to have more than one coupon code available on the form?

For example, two friends won free entries, but they have to sign up as a team.  Can they still both use their free entry codes?

We also need to be able to use multiple coupon codes. Thank you!

You can already add multiple coupon codes to your form,

but as only one can be accepted at a time my colleague has raised this as a possible feature to our developers.

Please do note that not all features are added to the system, but what you can do if you really need to have and combine multiple coupons is to combine them yourself.

For example, if you wish to accept both CIT16 (1%) and ETT33 (20%) on your form and in the same time, you could create another coupon code like so "CIT16,ETT33" that would give 21% off and seem as a result of combining 2 different coupon codes.

Truth to be told, this would most likely require you to create quite a few combinations, but at the end of the day, you can choose if you want a + (plus), - (minus), a , (comma) or  just bring the two coupons one after another (CIT16ETT33) and in the same time you do not need to wait for the feature, but can use it yourself right away.

You could even have a "rule" that if they have 3 coupon codes, they get (for example) 1% more and set it up like that in the coupons wizard.

You can see more about setting up the Coupons here: How To Add Coupon Code in the Payment Form

Of course, do let us know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to answer them.

Ben - this workaround does not work for us. We need to give one discount for certain products and then a separate discount for another group of products.

    Example:

    25% off Products 1, 3, and 5

    50% off Products 2 & 4

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

@hclc, this is not possible to accomplish, if you want, we can send your request to our second level in a separate thread, but please note that there is no guarantee it will be approved, and if it is approved, there is no estimated time-frame for it's implementation.

I think that it might be best to just update the current request, since it seems that you are actually looking for the following:

    1. to be able to add multiple coupon codes by your end users in the same time
    2. to have these coupons work on different products - depending on the setup3. you need this to be connected - to have both features in the same time

If so do let us know so that we can update the developers about the entire feature properly.

You are welcome and I am updating the developers of the entire feature details.

Please do note that as mentioned, this does not mean that the feature will be created nor that it will be made in any specific time frame, but if it is, you will be updated about it through this thread as soon as it does.
