Fillable PDF Form: Original font style of field labels are changedAsked by ACPrueba1 on June 15, 2015 at 12:13 PM
When I create a PDF form from one of the forms I already have, I find that the label font for form fields like textboxes or checkboxes is changed.
The result in the PDF is different of what I find in the JotForm Editor, and I have not been able of finding where is the error.
Please, see the image attached.
Thank you, regards,
I believe there is a default font style that is used when forms are being converted to fillable PDF, at least that would be my analysis.
The fillable PDF converter is quite a new feature of JotForm, we appreciate this feedback as this will be used as a basis to improve it. I'll forward this to our developers to have it checked. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide an expected date to when this change will be implemented, but we'll update you on this thread as soon as we hear any news.
I am having the same issue. Has this been resolved yet?
