Can I offer multi-user access to specific forms from within my account?

Once per month I'd like someone else to be able to access the results of the form and download them as a CSV file, but have no other access than that.

Just found it.  Go to Account > Users to manage other users. 

However I'd like to send a CSV file to that user once per month, can that be done?

For the CSV file, there is not currently a way to automatically send this once per month, however, one can be generated while viewing your submissions at any time:

You can download all or a portion of your submission data.
