How can I get my forms from adobe using their links?

I am trying to use the importing tools that jotform has for me as a user, but they are not working. I have used this in the past but now it will not work for me. I would like to use the option of submitting the links.

Have you tried downloading the application the form+responses import was recently updated and migrated to a standalone application to facilitate faster imports and more flexibility.

Also confirm you adobe login credentials if you are having trouble using the application.
