how do i import a form from google doc

Unfortunately, we do no have any tool to import form directly from Google Doc. However, you can easily create a form from the scratch with our form builder, then if you can export your Goolgle Doc form's submission into Excel or CSV files, you can use our Import Data App.

You can create fantastic forms using the Form Designer and also use hundreds of themes available from the theme-store.
