How to create a pop-open box when a drop down is selected

    Hello Team,

    On my form, there is a drop-down box with many items.

    I wish to do the following:

    When a specific item is chosen from the drop down, I wish an action to occur which will open a box

    to input further data.

    How can I accomplish this?

    Hi,

    This can be accomplished by creating more textboxes then showing them conditionally when a specific selection is made:
