How do I set alerts to my team when a form is submitted?

    I have an internal advertising department and want managers from other departments to submit ADVERTISING REQUESTS through these Jot Forms.

    I have forms for each "outside" department. When they "SUBMIT" a form, I want it to go to multiple individuals in my advertising department so we can accommodate their request.

    How can I set up these alerts and where do I put my teams' emails?

    It is possible to list comma separated email recipients, please see the following guide.
