Not receiving password reset email

    Hello -

     

    I recently finished importing about 50 Adobe Forms into JotForm.  I tried to access my account but did not have the right password.  Trying to reset the account was not generating an email as stated.

     

    Please advise.

    Your account username is: computersupport445, and the email address used on the account is: computersupport@gilmorebell.com, the email with the password reset instructions will be sent there.

    Have you checked your spam folder? Please try again, if does not work, we will provide you a temporary password.
