My form is disable

I cansee in the preview that my form is disable.

how can I make my form to be not disable ?

I checked your account and it seems that your account has been automatically suspended because you have forms that are not in English language. JotForm has a tool called Phishing Detector which allows automatic suspension of forms created for phishing activities. However, this tool is not updated to scan languages other than English, therefore most of the form that are not in English are automatically suspended.
