I have been using Jot for for the last month and today my account has gone, I was using it and then tried to preview which would not work so I closed the page and reopened it but then it did not recognise my username or password.
Please help I have a month of work in the form I was working on.
What can I do?

You actually did not register for a JotForm account since we only found a Guest account linked to your email address firstname.lastname@example.org. To convert this to a Free account, please follow the steps described here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/15432-I-forgot-our-user-name-and-password.
