My account has been upgraded but it says my account quota is almost full

    My account has been upgraded but it says my account quota is almost full. i have been using this account to login to Jotform: guest_51278894607064

    but I have already upgraded my account to Premium, order ID INT150609-7555-32547B by using the email yeemanstephanie@gmail.com, can you help to switch over to use this ID instead?  Or advise what I needed to do in order to do so!!  This is urgent as I have a form up and running for school use for signing up an event in July, can't be suspended!

    Hello Steph,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I have gone ahead and applied the premium monthly subscription payment to your account. Your account will not downgrade anymore.

    It seems you only have a guest account. This type of accounts are created if you do not sign up / sign in to your account and start building forms. You should have a username which is easy to remember. We can help you change your account username. Do get back to us with your desired username and if it is still available, we will do the needful.
