How to calculate total price from two values entered by the user in the form field?

I want to calculate price based on square footage, so the customer enters a width and height (canvas prints).

Is there a way I can write those entered values into a formula to calculate the subtotal?

    Width - 12

    Height - 12

Formula would be 12*12\144 = 1 *my price per square foot.

    Thanks
