I find myself in a very similair position as this user. The workaround of a PDF link is not viable as the email notificaiton is in html and not a direct duplicate of the form being filled in. Is it possible to double the database limit? I am at a loss as to where to go from here. I have been working on this form for days and have now hit a brick wall. Please help. Is it possible to extend this database limit to allow long documents to be emailed as Notifications?

    Hi Mick,

Aside of the PDF version of the submission, how about creating additional notifier? This way, you have two notifiers, part 1 and part 2. Let me know if this works for you. Otherwise, I will try to submit this thread as a feature request.

    Thanks

    Mick,

Welvin's answer is actually how I solved this problem for myself. I simply cut the original notifier in half and made a Notifier Part 1 and Notifier Part 2. Now when I receive the two emails, I just copy the two emails into a text editor to consolidate them.

Hope you find an answer that works for you!

Thanks Catherinec! This is the workaround I have employed for now. As the document being sent is a legal contract I would like it to be a little neater than two parts. Hopefully the developers are able to increase the database character limit to allow larger notifications.

    Hi admin752,

This issue have been reported before. Based on the report on the thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/396113#399977, the table in our database is limited to 21,844 characters only and due to security issues that might cause the change in the database we cannot increase the limit capacity of the email's text values. I can escalate a ticket for you as a feature request to increase the limit of the email content for our developers to reconsider this concern. However, the chance of this feature to be implemented is lower.

Do let is know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
