    Hello,

I have designed a form and have been using it for quite a long time. All the forms have pictures uploaded to it. I want to edit those pictures and reduce the size of the pictures so that i dont cross the limit. However, the website is not allowing me to edit those pictures, It displays an error message saying form over quota. Can you please let me know how i can solve the problem? thank you.

Sorry but we do not have image editing tool. If you want to edit the uploaded images, you have to download them in your computer. That will also serve as your backup copy.

To reduce the upload space limit, simply delete the submissions with files attached to it. However like I've said, you have to download the files first for your backup copy. Take note that file deletion is irreversible.

Here's how to download them: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-to-Excel-CSV-PDF. You have to open each file link to download the actual file.

To reduce this workflow, you may consider integrating your form to Dropbox so you don't have to download the file one by one since a copy of the uploaded file will be automatically sent to your Dropbox account. http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm. Google Drive is also a good alternative http://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive

    Thanks!
