a few days before my forms were disable and an email received which is says answer to 3 question.
I answer them but still, my forms are disable.
what can I do

As I check your account, I am able to access your JotForms without any issue now.
It seems that your account was auto-suspended due to the form made in Arabic language. Our language translation tool is not updated to scan some languages such as Arabic, French, etc. So, the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended. To avoid the automatic suspension on such forms, we recommend you to build your forms in English and then use our language translation tool to display it in French by default. Please refer to the following guide that can help you in avoiding the automatic suspension of your account.
