Dear JotForm team
I need to use the form on many minisites i give to my agents.
I need to collect datas and at the same time send a notification to the agent and to the prospect (the person who filled the form).
Since i'll use the same form for many agents i need to customize the agent email on every form via html, it is possible to iclude the agent email in a hidden field so that he can receive is notification?
Thanks a lot!

The most straightforward to acheive functionality like this is to:
You can add a hidden field to your form.
Set up an autoresponder in Email Alerts -> Add New Email, then in the Reply-to and Recipient settings change the recipient to the value in that field.
(best practice is probably to have the Sender Email as email@example.com so that your agents can add that address to their safe list)
When giving your email their link to your form you just include their email address in the URL, e.g for my example form
Does that make sense? thats the easiest way to do it.

Thanks a lot!
I managed to make an hidden field with agent email with a default value for instance @agent@
Then get the html code and put it on his site changing @agent@ with his real email.
At the end to setup an autoresponder as you shown me to let the agent get his notification.
I'll test it after lunch
