I am trying to put the name of the meeting in the subject of the auto response that the person filling out the form receives. how do I do that?

I cloned your form and I saw that the Autoresponder's email subject already includes the "meeting name".
I tested it and it is working properly. I filled out the form and put "JotForm Event" in the Meeting/ Event Name" field.
Here's the autoresponder email I got in my Gmail account.
