Thanks you for your prompt reply. My issue is that the automatic renewal isn't working because my credit card has been renewed and the expiry date is different. When I try to respond to the warning message, I cannit log on using the uer name and password Plimus supplies. I want to renew and keep my existing surveys. How can I achieve this?

To answer in behalf of Wayne, you can reset your Plimus password by entering your Email and Plimus username in this page https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp?designId=1
Once you have logged in, you can then change your credit card details.
