Unable to edit submissions

    Hi,

I want to be able to edit submissions once they come in so I can make notations on status of request. I followed the instructions online but there is no "submit" button that appears at the bottom while I'm editing per the example. Is this only possible with a paid account?

    Thanks,

    Rosanne

There are no restricted features on Free accounts except for monthly submissions limit, storage space provided and sub-account users. Every feature is made available for all types of subscriptions in JotForm.

While editing a submission of your JotForm, the form shall be displayed as the normal form with prefilled information of the submission. Please refer to the following guide that can help you in editing submissions on your JotForm.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/325-How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms

As I check your JotForm in the edit submission page, the submit button appeared in the middle of the form.

Please try clearing the form cache and browser cache by following the steps provided in the guide below to see if that helps.
