Cannot log in to Import Data App using Internet Explorer

    Good day,

    When I try to use the Import Data app, I can log in successfully but then it just loops back to the log in screen.  Is there a IE setting that needs to be set for the app to work?  I have an Excel spreadsheet with about 100 submissions in it that I need to merge in to a form.

    Hi,

    I checked the import data app in windows explorer and there was indeed a log in loop.  Each version I tried has the same loop.  However, the login and app to appear to be working properly in both Chrome and FireFox.  If possible, try one of those browsers for now.  Both should allow you to use the app.

    I will forward this information to our development team to have a closer look.  We will update you here once the login is working for the import app in IE.

    Hi David,

    Yup, I was tinkering with the problem after I posted this and I got it working in FireFox however I had to add the import.jotform.io URL to the popup blocker under Content and the Exceptions list under security.

    Glad to hear it!  I'll keep this ticket open regardless, just in case someone else runs into the same issue.  Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
