Text Not Displaying in Submitted Results

    How do I get text instructions on a form to show in the submission results?

    I have some text information at the bottom of my form, which I need to show up on the email I receive when the form is submitted as this text forms part of the contract that the sender has entered into.  How do I get this test to show?

    OK cancel that I have just worked out how to do, its in the settings, small cog, on the Submissions page.

    As far as I understand, you have found the 'Show Headers and Texts' option for submission page and PDFs.
