Some of the answers are missing in the response file?

We can see the answers to all the questions when we look at the email which contains the copy of the survey submitted. When we look at the answers in the response file there is one questions (in all interviews checked) in which responses are either missing entirely or parts of the responses are missing.

I see you have a couple of forms being edited. Could you provide us more details of your problem.

Did you meant there are fields that are filled out which is shown in the email notification BUT in the submissions page there are missing ones? Could you provide us a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would help us better understand your problem.
