can i recover deleted submissions

How did you delete the submissions? Were they deleted in the submission area?

If so unfortunately we do not save any copy of the submissions, so if they are deleted they are lost forever. 

The exception might be if you previously downloaded and saved the submissions list in Excel and like this you can import them again using the Import submissions app:

If the form had an active email notification you can consult email history and you can consult the email notifications sent:

It is not a perfect solution but will allow you to access the information that was received.
