"Proceed to checkout" is not shown at the bottom of the form

    I've set up a new form that requires a paypal payment. However, a Proceed To Checkout button does not appear at the bottom of the form. This has not been the case in the past. Has something changed?

    I took a look at your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/51635517316151 and I can see what you mean. This is actually quite easily resolved by adding a Submit Button field to your jotform:

    Once you add it to your jotform that is it, you should now be able to see it and change its text,

    or change it to look like the PayPal button:
