How do I edit a form that I imported using the Formscentral wizard?Asked by april104 on June 16, 2015 at 04:19 PM
My Formscentral form included a conditional field (with multiple conditions) and a payment button.
All of the conditions except for the last in the string work. The last one does not, and when I click to edit it, it's grayed out. I tried adding another condition which seemed to work at first, but I was unable to get the edited version to save. When I re-open the form, it reverts to the non-working condition. I tried to delete the final condition, but that wouldn't save either.
I want the final condition to be skip to page 4 if the answer is no. Right now, it doesn't show what action to take if the answer is no.
I also added paypal using the wizard. Again, the form worked while I was in it, but wouldn't save with the paypal button. When I re-open the form, the "proceed to checkout" button on my formscentral form does not work.
How can I edit the form and get the changes permanently saved?
Right now, it is only in my forms account. It is not yet on my website.

Okay so if I understand you correctly you are trying mainly trying to fix your form after importing it from formscentral by making a "skip to page" condition change and also "fixing the payment integration for paypal" so that you can embed it on your website but are unable to do that nor save any of it.
Which form are you trying to make these changes on?
I've taken a look at your account and the forms I found there but unfortunately I'm not 100% sure which one you're trying to correct this problem on.
Once we know which one we would be more than happy to investigate this problem for you to figure out what's going on with it and find a solution.
I figured out how to make the changes and save them. However, there is a feature Formscentral had that I don't see in Jotform (this applies to both the Tenant Application and the Tenant Application Fee.) When a tenant completes either of the forms & pays via Paypal, Formscentral includes in the submission record the Paypal transaction ID, the payment merchant account, the payment status at checkout (ie. completed), and the payment total amount. Is that offered in Jotform? If so, how do I add that?
