How do i change the contact us tab on our facebook page?

    If you made changes to your form they should be reflected automatically on your facebook page. If you want to use a different form then you would need to re-embed it following the steps provided here: http://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Pages
