Form Not Found/The form is disabled message

I recently exported all of my forms from formcentral to jotform. I am excited about this form creation site. I am having issues embeding the form into my website. I tried to embed the source, use the wordpress plugin, and then the iframe. The only results I can get is with the iframe, however it shows up "Form Not Found/The form is disabled". I checked the form and it's not disabled, so I'm not sure how to proceed.
