How can I set the email address entered by a form user to be set as the sender?

I want the emailed form to have From: be the email address that they fill out on the form (first question) is that possible? I dont have the options to change it to the sender

In order to have the email sent from the email address they filled in you need to set this up in the email notification. Please see http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications to get a better understanding of how this works.
