Having submission issues....

    Wondering why the attached screen shot pops up instead of the Thank You screen and the submission doesn not come through.

    Hi Flopro,

    That Error Message means that either loose check or strict check is enabled in the unique submissions setting of your form. This fetaure is useful especially for survey forms or contest forms that should only accept one entry per user (in this case per computer). The loose check uses cookies, while the strict check uses IP addresses. 

    To remove that error, please follow the guide below:

    1. Open that form (Edit Mode)

    2. Go to Setup & Embed

    3. Click Preferences

    4. Click Advance Settings Tab

    5. Below Advance Settings, Select "No Check" on Unique Submissions.
