I have had 3 lost submissions with my form - is there any where the data is saved? This hast happened before - this is a research project with volunteers and the data is very important - why is the form crashingthis way?
It's quite urgent - any assistacne appreciated even for partial data recovery.

If a user gets that error in your screenshot, that also means that the data are not submitted. But I have just tested your form and I was able to submit it without any issues.
If you have embedded the form, please let us know the page link so we can check it further. I guess this is something related to the way how the form is embedded, especially if you are using our default embed method. In some cases like this, we recommend using our iframe method to fix the problem.
But just in case, did you receive the emails for the submissions, but you can't find it in the form's submissions page? Let us know.
