I'm not sure if I understand what you meant by "assessing" the forms. If you are looking to see submissions for your forms, you can simply click on your desired form, and then click the Submissions button at the top.

You can see more in our guide on How to view Submissions.

If you were asking about some other kind of assessing your forms, please do let us know in a little more detail about what you are looking for, and we will be happy to help.

I’m sorry it should say accessing. We have forms for different clients how can I give each a link to view only their submissions? Thanks for your help

There are two option that you can try to share the Submission Page of your forms to other user/client:

1. You can share your forms by sharing them to a sub-user account and allow them to view their submission. You can check this article for more information: How to Share Forms with a Sub Account User. 

 

2. You can share your forms by making your submission link Public. To know more information regarding this method, you can check this article: How to Share Form's Submissions Page.
