Hi, I am wondering if the way my contract is currently set up, could stand a legal argument with a client. All I get is a copy of that they wrote, as do they. there is no copy of the contract along with their answers. I am wondering if its better to have them initial each part of the contract as well as sign it (if that is even an option) and if there is a way for me and the client to be sent the entire contract they submitted.

    thanks! Jen

    Hi Jen,

The texts, images and headers are not included in the notifier/autoresponder by default. You have to manually add these fields if you want to include it in the email.

You can use the existing table tools to add a row in the email:

Or, you can add the PDF link in the area to let your client download a copy of their submission in PDF format.

Then to include the texts in the PDF, you have to access the  form submissions page (https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions) and make sure to check "Show Headers and Texts" from the settings:

Note that you will only do this once in the form. Once you check it, texts are automatically included in the PDF format.

Lastly, you can also just attach the PDF in the email instead of using the PDF link method. You just need to check this in the "Reply-to and Recipient Settings" window:
