I'd like to find out if it is possible to pause payment of our jotform account. Our company has wrapped up but we'd love to still have access to the forms in the future potentially. Do we need to download them all? Or if we suspend payment can we still access the account?

If you want to momentarily stop your Premium subscription in JotForm, you need to downgrade your account to Free/Starter subscription and just upgrade to Premium again any time you needed to. You will still have access to the forms in your account. However, when you are in Free/Starter subscription the number of submissions for your forms will be downgraded to 100 submissions per month only.
To downgrade your account plan, just follow the instructions below.
1. Click on the Icon found on the upper right part of the screen if logged in to your JotForm account.
2. Click Account.
3. Select Billing.
4. Click Switch Plan under Starter Kit.
